Refund policy

RETURNS

Our returns policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned

* Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care products * Certain medical and personal care products

To make your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (where applicable)
* Books showing signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for any reason that is not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or refused.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or non-receipt of refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially recorded.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted or promotional items (where applicable)

Only full-price items will be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted or promotional items will not be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)

We will only exchange items that are initially faulty or damaged. If you wish to replace your item with the same one, please email us at info@myrlow.com and send us your item to : Beach Walk Jumeirah Beach Residence.

Gifts

If the item was specified as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order shipped with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send you a refund and you will know that you have returned your gift.

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from the refund.

The time taken to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you are sending an item worth more than 75 euros, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
